I called three shops then I called Alex he showed up promptly fixed the problem quickly and for a fraction of what the shops wanted I broke down two days later for an unrelated issue I called Alex and he was there in under 30 min and had me back on the road in 20 min Alex knows what he’s doing and doesn’t jerk you around or try to milk your pockets I will NEVER call anyone else an neither should you. I heard a noise from my wheel and bad shaking when driving he diagnosed it and it was clear as day my wheel bearing was really bad (it was soon to release the wheel while driving very very soon like maybe today) the wheel was wobbling and my other wheels weren’t. He also fixed some things another mechanic left unattended like missing bolts that I just paid for him to do. I saw all the parts the other mechanic left undone that he said he did right before my eyes before Alex even touched anything. Alex could have said Im just here for the wheel bearing but he went above and beyond. Went for a test drive with me after and car is sounding so good no noise and no shaking anymore! Had Alexis come out to my house to repair a valve cover gasket on Thanksgiving. He was very professional and not only did he do the work ,but he showed me what he did and also recorded it. He was very reasonable on pricing and showed up when he said he was. Which in this day in age it's hard to find RELIABLE people to show up when they tell you they showing up.
